Berries slow deterioration of memory

Consumption of berries helps to slow brain aging and the development of Alzheimer’s disease, a new study among more than 16 000 women aged over 70 years.

Researchers found that regularly consuming delicious fruit preserve your memories with an average of 2.5 years longer than women who do not eat them so often.
